Hi.

For most of my career, I have been the person behind the scenes. Supporting leadership, keeping things running, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. From coordinating conferences and managing communications to supporting boards and keeping operations moving — I have done it all. I have built a career out of being the person others count on.

This is genuinely the work I love.

I love the planning. The execution. Conferences, communications, board support — the details that make the difference. The moment when everything comes together and you can see that it worked. I love supporting people who are doing important things and making sure they have what they need to do it well. That has never felt like a job to me. It has always felt like exactly what I am supposed to be doing.

With more than twenty years of professional experience, I can tell you that this work is not simple. It takes precision, intention, and someone who notices what others miss and cares enough to fix it before it becomes a problem. Someone who will jump right in, bring fresh eyes, and be the partner you did not know you were missing.
